I bought these new Tuscany Candle Fall 2018 Limited Edition wax melts at Wegman's food store, but a couple of other stores carry them, including Menards and Kroger (but not Walmart, although Walmart may have a couple of Tuscany Candle Halloween scents).

When I reviewed the first three Tuscany Candle Fall 2018 scents, Wegman's only had those three. When I went back, I found the rest of them! Which is why I have two videos and two photos instead of one!

Apple Cider Donut

A nice yummy scent that smells more like gingerbread than a donut. Although there might be a hint of apple in it but I'm not sure if that's because I'm expecting it to be there.

Throw: 0 out of 5

Autumn Apple

Fantastic authentic crisp apple scent, like standing in the middle of an apple orchard. The most realistic apple scent I think I've ever smelled! I don't detect any other notes like cinnamon or caramel.

Throw: Strong, 3.5 out of 5

Autumn Mums

I adore this scent! It definitely doesn't smell like chrysanthemums though (which really don't have much of a scent). It's a sweet perfumey scent with a warm cashmere or amber note and rich vanilla that makes it smell yummy even though it's not a foodie scent. It may also have a barely noticeable smidgen of fruit like plum or blackberry.

Throw: Mild, 3 out of 5

Autumn Wreath

This smells almost exactly like Better Homes & Gardens Pure White Woods, and a little bit like ScentSationals Vanilla Woods. It's not really a fall scent. It smells like an expensive furniture store. I definitely smell the wood, but it's also sweet although not in a perfumey way. It's not a patchouli or tobacco or cologne type scent either. It's a fantastic scent.

Throw: Strong, 4 out of 5

Cranberry & Orange

Cranberry & Pine would have been a better name, because that's what this smells like. I don't smell orange at all. I like this scent, nice and Christmasy.

Throw: Medium, 3.5 out of 5

Fall Festival

I think Fall Festival and Falling Leaves are the same scent, just a basic pumpkin pie scent.

Throw: Strong, 3.5 out of 5

Falling Leaves

I think Fall Festival and Falling Leaves are the same scent, just a basic pumpkin pie scent.

Throw: Mild, 3 out of 5

Farmhouse Kitchen

I expected a spicy scent based on the name, but there's nothing kitcheny about this scent. It smells like sweet raspberry and grape juice! It's a nice scent though, and I like it.

Throw: Mild, 2.5 out of 5

Harvest Cider

A fake apple cider scent, but I like it. It smells like apple potpourri.

Throw: Mild, 3 out of 5

Harvest Hayride

This is a weird scent and I can't figure out the notes. It's kind of pumpkiny with maybe an old apple or apple cider note, but there's a strong earthy aromatic slightly savory spice of some kind that's taking over, with maybe a bit of ginger or even sage. It smells like an old Better Homes & Gardens scent called Enchanted Pumpkin Valley, and a Yankee Candle Home Inspirations scent from Walmart from September 2017 called Beautiful Fall Pumpkins.

Throw: Mild, 3 out of 5

Pumpkin Apple

This smells similar to Fall Festival and Falling Leaves in that it's a pumpkin pie scent. But on cold sniff I do smell a little bit of apple cider in the background. I like this one! It's a completely different type of scent from Better Homes & Gardens Farm Apple Pumpkin from Walmart. Melted, I don't smell the apple note and it's just another pumpkin pie scent.

Throw: Mild, 3 out of 5

Pumpkin Spice

I expected this to be a pumpkin pie scent, but it's really not, and that's a good thing. I do smell pumpkin spices first, but with a super sweet rich vanilla marshmallow note. I love this one!

Throw: 1 out of 5

Spiced Pear

This doesn't smell like pear at all. It smells like a super salty pretzel with maybe a hint of caramel and a barely detectable smidgen of apple. I've smelled this before. Wait, this is the same scent as ScentSationals Pumpkin Apple Muffins. Sniffing them side by side, I really can't tell the difference.

Throw: Strong, 3.5 to 4 out of 5

Sunflower Fields

This smells almost exactly like Autumn Mums. And it doesn't smell like sunflowers (which don't have much of a scent). I love them both. Side by side, Sunflower Fields is slightly sweeter, richer and more perfumey, so I like that one a little more.

Throw: Mild, 3 out of 5

Tuscany Candle Wax Melt Reviews

Tuscany Candle Wax Melt Reviews

Tuscany Candle Scented Wax Melts

Video:

I found these Tuscany Candle wax melts at the At Home store. Tuscany has some great scents, but their throw tends to be so-so, usually weaker than I'd like. Although once in awhile I find a few strong throwers.

Chocolate Chip Cookie
This smells like a yummy peanut butter cookie. I don't smell chocolate at all, so this is probably a dupe of an older scent. Tuscany Candle tends to reuse a lot of their scents and give them new names.
Throw: Mild, 2.5 out of 5

French Toast
Notes: The pleasing scent of cinnamon, sugar and spices with nutmeg and vanilla
This really smells like french toast! I can smell the bread and the maple syrup and a buttery note and a hint of cinnamon. Yummy!
Throw: Faint, 2 to 2.5 out of 5

Patchouli
This is one of my favorite patchouli scents. It's rich and woodsy and has a hint of nuttiness and chocolate. I tried this one a few years ago and was so disappointed because the throw was very weak. And unfortunately it's still the same.
Throw: Very faint, 2 out of 5

Sea & Sand
Notes: The fresh scents of rain, linen and orange
This smells like Coppertone Suntan Oil with just a barely detectable smidgen of a salty note, like ocean water. Fantastic scent.
Throw: Strong, 3.5 out of 5

Wine & Roses
This smells like cherry soda without the fizziness. It doesn't smell like wine, grapes, or roses. It's a nice happy scent. Tuscany does make a Black Cherry scent, but that scent is a more intense cherry, with a little bit of a tart note.
Throw: Mild, 2.5 or 3 out of 5

Tuscany Candle Halloween 2017 Scented Wax Melts Reviews

Tuscany Candle Halloween 2017 Wax Melts Reviews

Tuscany Candle Halloween 2017 Scented Wax Melts

These are reviews of some (or most) of the Tuscany Candle Halloween 2017 scented wax melts. I found all but two of these scents at Walmart for $1.84. They're in the Halloween and fall decor section of the store, not with the regular candles and wax melts. Some Walmarts might have them mixed in with the candles and wax melts, and other Walmarts might have them on an end cap in Housewares or some other area of the store. They're hard to find since only a few of each scent are brought out at a time. But if you're frustrated at not having been able to find them, don't fret. You're not missing anything. The throw (how far you can smell the scent when it's melting) is awful for just about all of these.

I suspect that most (if not all) of the Tuscany Halloween scents that I got from Walmart are very old. They have the same label as the ones I bought in 2015, still showing the brand Langley/Empire Candle LLC even though the company was renamed Empire Brands Co. last year. The throw on these scents was weak even in 2015, although if Walmart has a bunch of these old wax melts in their warehouse that they bring out every September, the throw is going to be even weaker.

I did two separate videos because I found additional scents after I'd already done the first video, and I'd already returned the first batch of scents by that time:

Videos

Boo-Brownies
A generic chocolate scent with a fake note. Not bad, but I've smelled better chocolate scents. Throw was not good, 2 out of 5.

Candy Corn
This does smell like candy corn, but it's actually just a very sweet vanilla scent with a slight chemical note (not a rich buttercream scent though). Nice scent, but throw was fair, 2.5 or 3 out of 5.

Caramel Apple
I nice fake apple or pear candy scent with caramel. I got this at Walmart for $1.84. Throw was poor, maybe a 2 out of 5.

Pumpkin Pie
Despite the name, this is not a pumpkin pie scent at all. It's another fake apple or pear scent with caramel, but this one doesn't smell like candy, more like a bakery scent with a warm note and perhaps a smidgeon of pumpkin spice. It's a nice scent, and it's similar to Better Home & Gardens Farm Apple Pumpkin. Throw was good, 3 out of 5.

Pumpkin Apple
This is just a generic apple cider scent. No pumpkin. They should have just called it apple cider. It's a nice scent though. Throw was not good, 2 out of 5.

Pumpkin Latte
I smell a rich buttery caramel/butterscotch with vanilla buttercream and a little bit of cinnamon, and smidgen of nut. I think I also detect a tiny bit of a creamy milky sweet coffee note, but I'm not sure. No pumpkin though. Fantastic yummy scent. Unfortunately, throw was poor, maybe 1 out of 5.

Pumpkin Spice
A pumpkin pie scent. It's slightly different from many of the other pumpkin pie scents out there as I detect a hint of sweet vanilla. Throw was fair, 2.5 or 3 out of 5.

Monster Cookie
This is not pictured or in my video because I couldn't find this scent this year. But I did buy it a few years ago from JoAnn Fabric. It's a rich vanilla cookie with a nutty note. A nice scent, and not overly sweet. Throw was not good, 2 or maybe 2.5 out of 5.

Poison Apple (Trick or Treat)
I can barely smell anything on cold sniff or when melted. It smells a little like a sour apple candy. Throw was 1 out of 5 for maybe 20 minutes, but after that I put my nose a few inches from the warmer and could barely smell anything except sweet wax. I got this as Wegman's food store for $2.99.

Witch's Brew (Happy Halloween)
I can barely smell anything on cold sniff or when melted. I detect a fake apple note but it's not a very sweet apple. Throw was 1 out of 5 and might not even perform well in a tiny room. I got this as Wegman's food store for $2.99.

Tuscany Candle Fall 2017 Wax Melts Reviews

Tuscany Candle Fall 2017 Wax Melts Reviews

Tuscany Candle Fall 2017 Wax Melts

Video:

Tuscany Candle wax melts can be found at various stores, including JoAnn Fabric, Christmas Tree Shops, Wegman's, Meijer's, and some gift and card shops.

Autumn Slumber
This is a smoky scent but I can't figure out the other note. It's not a woodsy scent, and it's not sweet at all. Maybe balsam? But it's not a pine scent either. The other note is a little sour but not in a bad way. Maybe some kind of savory spice like sage or rosemary, I just don't know. It's a nice scent, not my favorite but I think a lot of people will like this one. Throw was excellent, 3.5 or 4 out of 5.

Chai Latte
This does not smell like chai or tea of any kind. It's most likely an older scent re-used with a new name. But it smells great. It's caramel with a hint of pecan and a barely noticeable touch of cinnamon. It's not overly rich or overly sweet, and not a salty caramel. Unfortunately, throw was poor, 2 out of 5.

Cinnamon Cider Donut
I can't believe their quality control team didn't pick up on the misspelling of "Cinnamon" on the front label (they spelled it "Cinnmon" without the "a"). As far as the scent, it's a nice apple cider scent with a sweet bready cinnamon donut note. Throw was very good, 3 or 3.5 out of 5.

Fall Festival
This smells like straight sweet cinnamon, like cinnamon candy, with maybe a hint of pumpkin spice. Throw was excellent, 3.5 or 4 out of 5.

Harvest Pumpkin
A nice sweet rich pumpkin pie scent with cinnamon and maybe a hint of caramel. Throw was very good, 3 or 3.5 out of 5.

Harvest Vineyard
I think this is the same scent as Cobblestone Candles Live, Love, Laugh from Kirkland's. It smells like grape juice made with concord grapes (a richer more succulent grape scent). It's not a wine scent at all, and thankfully it doesn't have that wine fermentation note that makes wine scented wax melts smell sour. Melted, it had kind of a fake grape note. And throw was fair, 2.5 or 3 out of 5.

Honeycrisp Apple
A fresh sweet apple scent with a little bit of cinnamon. It's a nice scent, although a typical fall apple scent. Throw was only good, 3 out of 5, which is a bit disappointing because apple scents in general usually have excellent throw.

Sunday Pancakes
This is the same scent as the Food Network "Sunday Morning Pancakes" scent that came out a few years ago (Food Network melts are discontinued). Kirklands store also has a Sunday Pancakes candle (no melts) under the Cobbletone Candle brand. Why the same scent among these three brands? Because Tuscany Candle, Food Network, and Cobblestone Candle candles and melts (as well as Sonoma brand at Kohls, and Hallmark brands) are all manufactured by the same company, Empire Brands Co. (formerly Langley Empire Candle) (https://empirebrandsco.com/).

On cold sniff, this scent smells like moldy pancakes. But when it's melted, that odd moldy note dissipates, and you're left with an unbelievably authentic pancake scent! It smells like dry pancakes without any toppings, although there's just a hint of butter and maple syrup, but not enough to be a rich sweet bakery scent. It's a fantastic scent. Throw was excellent, 3.5 or 4 out of 5.

Vanilla Birch
I smell balsam (a subtle woodsy pine note) with a mossy note that smells a little like garden mint, but it's not really mint. There's also a very slight smoky note. It's a fantastic, cozy scent. It's not a sweet scent at all, and I don't smell vanilla. It's similar to Better Homes & Gardens Winter's Sleigh Ride from November 2016. Throw was fair, 2.5 or 3 out of 5.

Tuscany Candle Scented Wax Melts Reviews - June 2017

Tuscany Candle Scented Wax Melts Reviews - June 2017

Tuscany Candle Scented Wax Melts Reviews - June 2017

Watch video below:

This is a review of 4 Tuscany Candle Scented Wax Melts that I bought at Wegman's food store a few weeks ago. I believe these are older scents, but I've never tried them before. In general, I like the Tuscany Candle scents, but the throw tends to not be very good. As is the case with 3 of these scents. Finding Tuscany Candle wax melts it hit or miss, since there doesn't seem to be any particular store that carries them all the time. They seem to show up at of the blue a few times a year at random stores, and they don't even have a website so consumers have no way of knowing what scents are available.

Citrus Blush
This smells exactly like an orange creamsicle, that super sweet almost marshmallowy orange buttercream scent. Such a fantastic scent! Throw was good, around a 3 out of 5, but started fading within an hour and was pretty much gone in two hours.

Mandarin Currant
Mandarin is basically a type of orange, and currant is a slightly tart fig-like scent that gives a "classy" note to fragrances, a little like cranberry but sweeter and not as tart. The orange is the strongest note in this scent, but I do smell the tartness of the currant in the background, and it does have a very slight cranberry note but not as sweet and it's definitely not a fall scent. It smells a lot like ScentSationals Molten Orange, that intense but slightly tart orange scent. It's extremely strong on cold sniff. Throw was excellent, 5 out of 5, and it was a scent monster that took over the entire house! The scent started fading within 2 or 3 hours, but that's okay with me as I generally start getting bored of a scent after 2 or 3 hours.

Sage & Citrus
A nice clean slightly sweet herbal scent. It doesn't smell like sage (which is savory) OR citrus. Throw was poor, 1 out of 5, and I could barely smell it from a foot away.

Rain
A nice sweet watery scent that has a little bit of a foodie quality and might have a smidgeon of vanilla in the background. It smells a little like Mainstays Peaceful Waters, but it's not the same scent. Throw was very good, 3 or 3.5 out of 5, but started dissipating within 2 or 3 hours.

This is just a fun review of discontinued Boulevard, Tuscany, Patio Sensations, Hallmark, and Vesta Scented Wax Melts from Ollie's and Gabe's. You can only find them at stores like Ollie's and Gabe's that sell old, discontinued wax melts, or online at sites like eBay and Amazon. These were $1 to $1.49 each, and while many of them lost their throw, the Boulevard (Blvd) scents in particular were still very good!

Tuscany Candle Spring Wax Melts Review - April 2016

Tuscany Candle Spring Wax Melts Review - April 2016

Tuscany Candle Spring Wax Melts - April 2016
Click photo to view larger image

Watch video below:

I believe these are part of Tuscany Candle's spring collection (with 3 additional scents which I reviewed at http://www.scentedwaxreviews.com/2016/03/tuscany-candle-in-garden-spring-bloom.html). I found these at Christmas Tree Shops (http://www.christmastreeshops.com) in mid-April 2016. I don't know if they're new scents or older, discontinued scents. The top line is the scent name, the second line is the description on the package, and the paragraph underneath is my review of that scent.

Blood Orange
"Citrus Blast"
This is a holiday pomander scent, which is a mix of orange and cloves. It's the same scent they use in a lot of their orange scents, including Orange Vanilla. It's a strong scent, but not a spring or summer scent. I'm not a fan of that orange pomander scent, but that's just a personal preference. Throw is excellent.

Salted Caramel Cake
"Sea Salt, Brown Sugar and Vanilla"
This really smells like caramel. The brown sugar note is very strong. This is not as salty as some other brands of salted caramel scents (like Yankee). Yummy scent! Throw is excellent.

Cotton Candy
"Sugary Airy Sweet"
Tuscany's Cotton Candy scent breaks the "cotton candy curse" (as in, I've never found a cotton candy scented wax melt that had a strong throw). This is a totally authentic cotton candy scent, with that sticky strawberry/lemon sugary note. And the throw is very good to excellent. Fantastic scent!

Ocean Pebbles
"Sea Heather and Driftwood"
This smells like a fresh men's body wash, kind of like "Cool Water". It's very strong on cold sniff and throw is excellent.

Strawberry Cake
"Fresh Strawberries and Buttercream Frosting"
This smells exactly like strawberry shortcake. On cold sniff, a lot of Tuscany scents have a weird sour or waxy note, and this one is no exception. But you don't smell that sour waxy note when it's melted. I love this scent! And throw is good to very good.

Mountain Meadow
"Fresh and Clean"
This one is a bit weak on cold sniff. It's a sweet grassy floral but there's a slightly harsh note in there, like a sweet chemical, that I don't like. This smells a little like ScentSationals Orchard Breeze. Throw is fair to good, which was a pleasant surprise since I expected it to be weaker based on cold sniff.

Dandy Daisy
"Spring Daisies Lightened with Tonka"
Tonka is a type of vanilla, and I don't smell any kind of vanilla in this scent. It's not exactly a floral either. It's a fresh oceany scent with a hint of clean floral, like maybe a body wash or even a laundry type scent. It's a nice generic fresh scent. Throw is very good.

Puffed Petals
"Soft Florals Blended with Sugar Cane"
This smells like vanilla mixed with a floral and a warm ambery cashmere note. It's a very nice delicate, classy fragrance. Unfortunately, no throw at all.

Blushing Orchid
"Delicate and Wild"
A nice jasmine type floral scent with a green note and a smidgeon of soapiness that keeps it from being perfumey or too sweet. Barely any throw when melted.

Spring Rain
"Pure and Clean"
This one smells a little like Blushing Orchid but not as sweet and floral, and there's an additional note in there that makes it smells a little watery, but I'm not sure if I like that note and it's hard to describe. No throw when melted.

Tuscany Candle In the Garden Spring Bloom 2016 Scented Wax Melts Review

Tuscany Candle In the Garden Spring Bloom 2016 Scented Wax Melts Review

Tuscany Candle In the Garden Spring Bloom 2016 Scented Wax Melts
Click photo to view larger image

This new Tuscany "In the Garden - Spring in Bloom" scented wax melts line from Joann Fabric features 3 new scents for 2016. For me, these scents were duds. I just didn't like the way they smelled, and throw wasn't great.

Lavender Crumpets
"Herbal Lavender and Vanilla Caramel"
This smells like herbal lavender with a medicinal note, combined with a bakery note. It smells odd, like two scents that should not be put together. If the lavender were more floral and not so medicinal, this might work. Melted, it's definitely more of an herbal medicinal lavender scent, and the bakery is way in the background. After about an hour, I couldn't smell the bakery at all. I don't really care for this scent as it's a bit too medicinal. I think a little bit of vanilla mixed in would help this scent. Throw was good, around a 3 out of 5.

Blue Sage
"Spring Blue Sage and Soothing Sea Salt"
This one is very light on cold sniff. I smell the sage, but it smells more like herbal lavender than sage. And I do smell a salty note. This is definitely a spa scent, but a little too herbal. It might smell better with a bit more sweetness added. Melted, it just smelled like medicinal lavender but a little more savory due to the sea salt. Like the Lavender Crumpets, it was too savory for my tastes. And the throw was not good, maybe a 2 out of 5.

Water Hyacinth
"Aged Amber and Blue Lotus"
This is a pleasant watery scent with a sweet floral, but not really flowery. It smells like a fresh sweet herbal body wash with a slight floral note. I don't smell any amber. On cold sniff it smells nice, but when melted it had kind of chemical floral scent that I didn't care for, like a cleaning type scent that should be used to cover up other scents. It wasn't awful, but not good enough for me to melt on a regular basis. Throw was good, around a 3 out of 5.

Tuscany Candle Winter Holiday Christmas 2015 Limited Edition Scented Wax Melts Review

Tuscany Candle Winter Holiday Christmas 2015 Limited Edition Scented Wax Melts Review

Tuscany Candle Winter Holiday Christmas 2015 Limited Edition Scented Wax Melts
Click photo to view larger image

This is a review of the new Tuscany Candle Winter/Holiday/Christmas 2015 Limited Edition Scented Wax Melts. These are different from the standard Tuscany holiday scents, and seem to be a higher quality with better scents and throw. (You can see my review and video of the standard Tuscany holiday scents at http://www.scentedwaxreviews.com/2015/11/tuscany-candle-winter-holiday-christmas-scents.html.)

Watch video below:

Gingerbread House
Yummy authentic gingerbread scent, with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a bready note.
Throw: 3.5

Frosted Cookies
This smells like a combination of their standard Grandma's Sugar Cookie scent mixed with a sweet buttercream. Very nice!
Throw: 4

Cinnamon Spice
I wasn't even going to smell this one because I don't like straight cinnamon, but this one is definitely not straight cinnamon, and it's not exactly what you'd expect based on the name. This is a delectable scent, not a fall scent. It smells like you're melting butter and sugar with a little bit of cinnamon and just a smidgeon of vanilla. It's also not a bakery scent, as I don't smell bread or cake. Rich and yummy!
Throw: 4

Evergreen & Balsam
I think this is same scent as the standard Tuscany scent by the same name. It's not overly piney, and has a very slightly sweet note, like maybe a smidgeon of vanilla. It also has a very slightly barely noticeable nuttiness. Very pleasant scent.
Throw: 4

Cranberry Champagne
It smells like wine, with that fermentation note, but it's a different scent from Tuscany Christmas Cranberry (from their standard holiday 2015 line), which also smells like wine but with more of a nauseating vinegar note. This one has more of a cranberry note than wine.
Throw: 4

Winter
This is the most interesting of all 6 scents, with lots of different notes in it on cold sniff. I get a lot of mint, but not a sweet peppermint or spearmint. In fact, it's not overly sweet, and definitely not a candy cane type scent. I also smell vanilla, amber, and a very slight smoky woodsy note. It's not strong on cold sniff.

This is a Jekyll & Hyde scent, as it did an about face on me and turned into something else entirely when melted. It smells a little like a fresh mint plant from the backyard, very herbal, but really more like parsley with a mediciney note. Almost like the wax is really old, but I don't think it is. I don't smell the vanilla, amber, or smoky woodsy notes either while melted. Disappointed, but the throw is weak so it actually doesn't smell awful in the room. Just not what I expected based on cold sniff.
Throw: 2
